Ruth is young Mennonite girl who dreams of a boyfriend. God sends her an alien instead. Part church service, part hymn sing, 
and part puppet show, Of This World explores the gap between talking about love and acting on it, and the dissonance we feel 
when the institutions we grew up in don't practice what they preach. Blasphemous, divine, and absurd, Ruth must discover what 
love and God truly mean to her.
